1. Booking Confirmation

Once a registration or booking is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final. Please review all event details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. No-Refund Policy

All event registrations are non-refundable. Cancellations are not accepted once a booking has been made. We encourage participants to ensure they are available before registering.

3. Event Cancellation by Bangalore Chess Club

In the rare event that Bangalore Chess Club cancels an event:

  • Registered participants will be notified promptly via email and/or phone.
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically carry over to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
