Bangalore Chess Club ("BCC", "we", "us") provides event registration and management services for chess-based events across Bengaluru. We do not sell physical products.
Our events are open to participants of all ages and skill levels unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event description. Participants under 18 must have parental consent to attend.
All registration fees are collected at the time of booking. Payments are final and subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. BCC uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store your card details.
BCC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event at its discretion. In case of cancellation by BCC, registered participants will be notified and refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
By attending a BCC event, you consent to photographs and videos taken during the event being used for promotional and marketing purposes by Bangalore Chess Club across our website and social media channels.
BCC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at any event venue. Participants attend at their own risk.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in our events constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
